I am an architect with a passion for design, lifestyle and cooking. My journey in architecture began when I enrolled at the University for Business and Technology (UBT) to study architecture, where I cultivated a deep undersanding of both the technical and creative aspects of the field. With 7 years of experience in architecture, estimating, and hospitality, I have honed a unique skill set that blends design, precision, and an understanding of guest experiences.

My professional journey has been primarily focused on providing services to companies based in New York, where I’ve had the privilege of working on a variety of projects that have challenged and expanded my capabilities.

In addition to my experience in planning and estimating, I have gained significant knowledge in the hospitality industry through my previous job as well. This experience has broadened my perspective on how to design spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and welcoming for guests. This expertise has been valuable as I ventured into my own business endeavours.

A few years ago, I took a leap of faith and invested in my first small apartment in Prishtina. The experience was both challenging and rewarding, as I applied my design skills to create a space that was both comfortable and stylish. The success of this first project was a turning point in my career, reaffirming my belief in my abilities and inspiring me to explore further opportunities in real estate. Recently I listed my second apartment.

I live In Prishtina with my husband and my one-year girl.

The arrival of my baby girl was a joyous and transformative moment in my life. Her birth brought a new perspective and a renewed sense of purpose. It was during this time that I decided to take the next step in my entrepreneurial journey by starting my brand Hazel and Hearth.

Hazel and Hearth is a brand focusing on providing furniture with a minimal and aesthetic look, following with décor, kitchen and accessories later.

And Hazel and Hearth blog is the space where I will freely share my love for design, food, lifestyle and traveling.
